DESCRIPTION

Tillandsia ionantha Fuego is a small, compact plant that turns a vibrant deep red before blooming with purple, tubular flowers. It can remain this colour sometimes for up to a year. A very hardy plant that will withstand fairly harsh conditions and very little water.

Position in a place that gets bright light and very good airflow. Water only when dry by misting or dunking, ensuring it completely dries out within a few hours. Do not water in the colder months.
