DESCRIPTION

Tillandsia var. gracilis is a very attractive plant with fine, silvery-green leaves. It forms a round rosette shape approximately 10-15cm in diameter. It blooms in summer with a red and purple inflorescence.

It is an easy plant to grow. Give it a lot of good light and plenty of air flow. Morning sun is good with afternnon shade, or a bright area under filtered light. Water by misting or dunking when it is hot and dry, and ensure it completely dries out.
