DESCRIPTION

Rhipsalidopsis rosea, formerly known as Rhipsalis rosea or Hatiora rosea, is a bushy, erect or hanging cactus with jointed stems. It has masses of pink flowers that bloom in spring, although in ideal conditions they will often flower more than once during the year.

The Rose Easter Cactus likes a shaded position with some morning or evening sun or filtered light. They do not like full sun. For best results, pot in an organic mix, such as an orchid mix or a peat mix with a generous amount of perlite or bark pieces for drainage.
