DESCRIPTION

Gasteria bicolor var. liliputana is a small, clumping Gasteria with stiff, dark green leaves that grow to 2-5cm in length. The leaves turn a reddish brown in strong light and are slightly mottled with lighter spots. Gasteria bicolor var. liliputana are a slow growing Gasteria.

These Gasteria have a shallow root system, so a wide but shallow pot is ideal as they will produce offsets and fill the pot. Use a free draining mix, such as a cactus mix and water when dry in the warmer months and very sparing in cold or damp weather. Although they can grow in full sun, they will handle lower light than many succulents, so are ideal for a bright spot indoors.
